Loyalty points are rewards offered by Tana Bana Fabrics to encourage repeat purchases. Customers earn points based on spending or participating in loyalty programs.

2. How do I earn loyalty points?

Register for the loyalty program in-store or on our website. Once registered, you'll earn points on every purchase.

3. What benefits do I get at each tier?

Your category will upgrade as your spending increases, with a maximum reward of 10% after reaching the Platinum tier.

4. How do I redeem my loyalty points?

Points can be redeemed online or in-store.

5. Do loyalty points expire?

Yes, points expire 6 months after the transaction date.

6. Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable.

7. How do I check my loyalty point balance?

Check your balance in-store by providing your registered cell number. You'll also receive an SMS with your total points after each purchase.
